We try to keep our website up to date with accuracy and mistake free but are not responsible for any wrong information or mistake in order placement. In case of an inconvenience caused we will help you in clarifying the matter. In washing we cannot assume responsibilities for color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Also do not mix light color cloths with dark color cloths. This is customer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for any color damages happened to your cloths.

All laundering processes (Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron and Steam Press), regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, color fading, scratches, damages (may happen due to age of the cloth) etc. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble. By using our Two Clips service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

Any ornaments, valuables, cash etc must be removed by the customers before sending for cleaning. Please check and sign the number of articles or weight mentioned in the pickup slip, otherwise Two Clips weight/count must be accepted as correct. In case of discrepancy in weight/count, and if you are not available to verify, our weight/count must be accepted as correct.

All articles must be claimed within Three (3) weeks from the date of invoice. All unclaimed items will be disposed after the expiry date. Any personal property left in our store will be removed by Two Clips and stored for 10 days. If items are unclaimed after 10 days, all property will be handed over to charity. Pickup and delivery services timing will be subject to availability of the staff and traffic condition. If you do miss a pick-up or delivery, we will try to coordinate an alternate time as soon as possible.Two Clips may change, modify or amend these terms from time to time without any prior notice to the customer. By using our service you accept all our terms and conditions.

Important Terms & Conditions Points

  • Please carry your own bags at the time of collecting the garments. Do not leave your bags here. We are not responsible for loss of your bags which are left in store.

  • Customer will have to check their garments and articles for any valuables before handing them over to us. We are not responsible for loss of your articles left in garments.

  • Twoclips management is not responsible for any garments which are left beyond 30 days.

  • The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery, failure to do so constitute waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery. Customer shall examine garments for damage at the time of delivery, and notify the same at that time. Company shall not be responsible for any claims afterwards.

  • We ensure that the stain is removed without damaging the garments, and we do not guarantee complete removal of stains as we understand that the garments will be dear to the customer.

  • We will not be held responsible for damage to any ornamental and jewellery fittings, sequins, beads, buckles, buttons, hooks, zips, laces etc. in the garments.

  • Customer is given warranty of maximum up to 3 days from the date of delivery for the clothes for any quality related issues with dry-cleaning clothes (only if the garments has not been used by the customer after service). Any claim after the stipulated time shall not be entertained.

  • Customer will be charged extra amount of regular order for any express delivery.

  • Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer (decision remains with Company if any reimbursement has to be done).

  • Any items determined to have been damaged by Twoclips will be reimbursed in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. The maximum reimbursement per lost/ damaged garment of the demand garment processing cost. Any reimbursement of INR 500 or below shall be directly credited only to the wallet.

  • Company is not responsible for lost garments unless proven that Company was responsible for the loss.

  • Company is not responsible for garments labelled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Customer’s garments. Please check garments before handing over to us.

  • We will not be held accountable of any loss or damage for unforeseen events and circumstances such as flood, fire damage accidents, Act of God and strikes etc.

DEAR CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE CERTAIN INHERENT RISK INVOLVED IN DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY OF CLOTHS. THEREFORE, TWOCLIPS SUGGESTS ALL OUR CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
