Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?
Absolutely not! Each order is processed individually. We will never mix your clothes with another customer’s clothing. So you can include your inners and delicate in the same load.
How do I schedule a laundry pick-up?

What are your store timings?
We are open from 8 AM to 8 PM all 7 days a week.
When do I pay for the services and what are my payment options?
Payment will be processed on day of drop off; you can pay through Cash or card.
Is there an additional charge to wash large items like comforters, pillows or jackets?
Bulky items such as comforters, double bed sheets and quilts are charged separately. Please contact us to determine prices.
What happens if I leave personal items in my pockets?
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.
Can I give someone else my bag to drop off?
If you will not be present during your scheduled pick-up day, we will accept your bag from someone else. To maintain the security of your items, we will not drop-off to anyone other than yourself, unless you specifically contact us and instruct us otherwise.
How can you tell if my clothing needs special care?
Please tell us about your special care requests either verbally by phone or in writing using either the form provided on the website or in an e-mail.

Will you serve any other areas in the future?
If there is a big enough demand, we will expand to other areas in the near future.
Is your detergent safe for sensitive skin? What about the environment?
We use mild detergent, recommended for sensitive skin. It is also a detergent that will not harm the environment.
What happens if I am missing an item after a wash and dry service?
Call us immediately once you notice something is missing. However, washing and tagging each customer’s clothing individually as well as cleaning the equipment in between each customer’s laundry load prevents this type of issue. However, we are human and it is possible that every now and again an error will occur. We will do everything possible to locate your item and get it back to you within 24 hours. If we don’t get it to you within 24 hours of your call, we will compensate.
